Refund Processing Time: After your request is receive and inspect, we aim to process refunds within 20 business days. Refunds will be credit to the original payment method.

Custom Dataset Policy: Custom datasets, tailor specifically to individual client requirements, are generally non-refundable. However, we are commit to addressing any concerns about dataset quality or accuracy. Please reach out to us within 30 days of receiving your custom dataset to discuss any issues.
