Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Vendor Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing relationships with our vendors, ensuring timely delivery of services, and maintaining high standards of quality. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

Vendor Management:

o Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure seamless service delivery.
o Monitor vendor performance and compliance with contractual agreements.
o Address and resolve any vendor-related issues promptly and effectively.

Procurement and Coordination

o Coordinate the procurement of data annotation and collection services from vendors.
o Ensure timely and accurate delivery of services according to project requirements.
o Collaborate with internal teams to align vendor services with project needs.

• Quality Assurance:

o Review and assess the quality of services provided by vendors.
o Implement quality control measures to ensure high standards are met.
o Provide feedback to vendors and work with them to improve service quality.

• Administrative Tasks:

o Maintain accurate records of vendor contracts, communications, and performance.
o Prepare and present reports on vendor performance and service delivery metrics.
o Assist in the negotiation and renewal of vendor contracts as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 0-3 years of experience in vendor management, procurement, or a similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
