Job Description

As a Training & Development Intern at GTS, you will be an integral part of our team, contributing to the creation and implementation of training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our workforce. Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the design, development, and delivery of training programs and materials.
• Collaborate with various departments to identify training needs and develop appropriate solutions.

• Help manage and maintain the training database and records.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong interest in AI, machine learning, and data science.
