Key Responsibilities

  • Meeting Coordination: Schedule and coordinate team meetings, ensuring all necessary materials are prepared and distributed.
  • Documentation Management: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including meeting minutes, project plans, and status reports.
  • Timeline Tracking: Assist in tracking project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to keep projects on schedule.
  • Communication Facilitation: Serve as a liaison among team members, departments, and stakeholders to promote collaboration and information sharing.
  • Administrative Support: Handle filing, data entry, and maintain project management tools to support the team.
  • Preparation of Materials: Assist in creating presentations, reports, and other project-related documents.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and report on team performance, providing updates to senior management as needed.
  • Onboarding Support: Facilitate the onboarding process for new team members, including training and orientation.
  • Resource Coordination: Assist with the coordination of resources and materials needed for project execution.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and propose process improvements to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness.


  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience in a coordination or administrative role, preferably in a project-based environment.
  • Project Management Knowledge: Familiarity with project management methodologies and best practices is a plus.
