Job Description

As a Python Developer, you will be responsible for developing robust Python applications and integrating them with other applications and systems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain scalable software solutions. This role requires a strong understanding of Python development, along with proficiency in using related frameworks and libraries.

Key Responsibilities:

Software Development:

Design and develop high-volume, low-latency applications using Python.
Collaborate with front-end developers, UX/UI designers, and software testers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
Implement security and data protection measures.

Database Integration:

Integrate data storage solutions (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB) with Python applications.
Develop and optimize SQL queries and NoSQL data structures.

API Development and Integration:

Develop RESTful APIs and web services.
Integrate third-party APIs and services.

Testing and Debugging:

Write unit tests and automated testing scripts.
Debug and resolve technical issues reported in production and testing environments.

Code Maintenance and Documentation:

Maintain code integrity and organization.
Document code and technical specifications.

Performance Optimization:

Identify performance bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve application performance.

Collaboration and Support:

Work collaboratively in an Agile environment.
Provide technical support and guidance to other team members.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Proven experience as a Python Developer or similar role.
Strong understanding of Python programming language and its ecosystem.
Familiarity with Django, Flask, or other Python frameworks.
Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
Knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
Understanding of code versioning tools (e.g., Git).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
Knowledge of machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
