Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will lead and oversee projects from start to finish, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality solutions that meet our clients’ needs. As a Project Manager at GTS, you will coordinate teams, manage resources, and communicate with stakeholders to achieve project goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage projects through the entire lifecycle, from start to finish.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and track progress against milestones.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and assign tasks to team members.
• Monitor project progress, identify and reduce risks, and solve issues to ensure successful delivery.
• Communicate project status, updates, and key milestones to stakeholders and senior management.
• Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Conduct post-project reviews and lessons learned sessions to identify areas for improvement and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager, with a track record of managing projects from start to finish.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve project goals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Solid understanding of project management methodologies and tools, such as Agile, Scrum, or Kanban.
• Experience with project management software tools, such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or Asana.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think strategically and analytically.
• PMP certification or other relevant project management certifications are a plus.
