Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Project Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will support project managers in overseeing and coordinating various projects to ensure they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. As a Project Coordinator at GTS, you will play a crucial role in assisting with project planning, tracking progress, and facilitating communication among team members and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist project managers in the planning and execution of projects.
  • Coordinate project activities, resources, and information.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.
  • Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.
  • Liaise with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives.
  • Ensure that clients’ needs are met as projects evolve.
  • Manage and track project budgets, schedules, and resources.
  • Organize and attend project meetings, preparing necessary materials and recording minutes.
  • Communicate with team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding of project goals and deliverables.
  • Assist in risk management and issue resolution throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Support in the preparation of project proposals, timeframes, schedules, and budgets.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or in a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with an ability to multitask and prioritize.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of liaising with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
  • Proficiency with project management software tools, such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or Asana.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • PMP, CAPM, or other relevant project management certifications are a plus.
