Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Administrator to join our dynamic team at GTS. This role is crucial in supporting the successful execution of our data collection and annotation projects. The ideal candidate will work closely with project managers, clients, and the technical team, ensuring timely and high-quality service delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Project Coordination: Assist in planning and coordinating project activities to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.
  • Progress Monitoring: Track project progress, prepare regular status reports, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
  • Documentation Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation and records.
  • Client Communication: Serve as a liaison between clients and the project team, understanding and conveying project requirements and updates.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the project team, including scheduling meetings, managing resources, and handling logistics.

Qualifications

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field for Project Administrator.
  • Experience: Prior experience in project administration or a related role is preferred.
