Job Description
GTS is looking for a technology leader to lead the backend development. The person would be a core-member of the product development team. S(he) would initiate the team in India and lead it to grow to ~10-member team over the next few months. The developer needs to have minimum experience of quality product development of 3-5 years. (S)he should have experience of recruiting team members and leading them for successful product implementation.
Responsibilities:
- Writing back-end code and building efficient PHP modules.
- Developing back-end portals with an optimized database.
- Troubleshooting application and code issues.
- Integrating data storage solutions.
- Finalizing back-end features and testing web applications.
- Prepare and maintain all applications utilizing standard development tools.
Skills Required:
- Expertise in Laravel, Codeigniter, MySQL, MongoDB , Rest APIs WordPress, Cache and Laravel.
- Advanced web development in PHP (OOP) at least 3 years or more!
- Advanced experience with newest version of Laravel or Symfony framework
- Advanced knowledge with Git, MySQL DB (AWS RDS), Amazon S3 storage service, memory cache (Redis).
- Advanced knowledge with writing REST APIs.
- Good knowledge of SOLID, DRY and KISS coding principle.
- Good experience with Linux, Amazon Web Services and Docker.
- Basic knowledge of Design Patterns in PHP.
- Some work should be done using jQuery, HTML and XML standards.
- You enjoy analyzing all the facts and information.
- In depth knowledge of MySQL database.
