Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Paid Media Specialist to lead our paid advertising efforts, promoting GTS.AI’s AI dataset services and tools to a global audience. This full-time, on-site role offers an exciting opportunity to design and manage campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic networks, using AI-driven analytics to optimize performance and achieve high ROI.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage paid media campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and programmatic ad networks to promote GTS.AI’s AI dataset and annotation services.

  • Leverage AI-powered tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Smart Bidding, or third-party platforms) to analyze campaign data, refine targeting, and enhance performance for global markets.

  • Create and test ad creatives, including banners, videos, and compelling copy, to showcase GTS.AI’s AI Subtitle Translation Tool and OmniAssistantAI.

  • Optimize advertising budgets to maximize ROI, targeting AI researchers, tech companies, and enterprise clients in industries like healthcare and automotive.

  • Collaborate with GTS.AI’s content and SEO teams to align paid campaigns with organic strategies, driving traffic to key pages like gts.ai/services and gts.ai/careers.

  • Perform A/B testing and audience segmentation to improve campaign effectiveness across regions like North America, Europe, and Asia.

  • Track and report on key metrics (e.g., CTR, CPC, ROAS) using dashboards and AI analytics, delivering actionable insights to stakeholders.

  • Stay informed on AI marketing trends, ad platform updates, and industry best practices to keep GTS.AI’s campaigns cutting-edge.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.

  • 2+ years of experience in managing paid media campaigns, ideally in the tech or AI sector.

  • Proficiency with ad platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads Manager, or programmatic advertising tools.

  • Experience using AI-driven analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio) and automated bidding strategies.

  • Strong knowledge of A/B testing methodologies, audience segmentation, and campaign optimization techniques.

  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data sets to drive decision-making.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
