Job Overview
As a Digital Marketing Manager at GTS, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our products and services. You will play a major role in enhancing brand awareness within the digital space, driving website traffic, and acquiring leads/customers. Your creative thinking skills and strategies will be essential in driving our digital narrative, enhancing our company’s image, and fostering growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to achieve business goals.
- Manage and optimize online campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising.
- Design, build, and maintain our social media presence.
- Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience.
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
- Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a digital marketing role.
- In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.
- Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is an advantage.
- Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.
- Working knowledge of ad serving tools.
- Experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns on all major search engines.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
