We are looking for a talented and motivated Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing successful business development strategies. Job Description

  • Maintaining a detailed database of all the interactions with the leads and providing constant feedback on the quality of the leads to the respective team.
  • Analyzing and sharing active feedback about the customer behavior, market demands, and competition to the marketing team
  • Continuously monitor and train the team to improve performance and qualification rate
  • You’ve proven experience in driving the outcomes from a Pre-Sales/Sales team in achieving targets
  • Manage the Sales and Marketing for the International Market.
  • Prospect new client opportunities & qualify revenue potential.
  • Identify, upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Complete all sales forecasts on time. Develop & identify new/relevant clients & increase customer base in the domestic and international market.
  • Maintain relationships with clients by providing excellent customer support, information, and guidance.
  • Achieve sales targets assigned on a quarterly and annual basis.
  • Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, visit customers for resolving their issues & work with minimum supervision in a busy environment.

Skills & Qualification Required:

  • Graduate / Post Graduate for Business Development Manager
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office packages including Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
  • Excellent business/analytic writing and presentation skills.
  • Closing skills , Motivation for sales , Identification of client needs.
  • Good knowledge & should be good at CRM.
  • Should have good communication skills while dealing with business executives across functions.
  • The drive and ambition to succeed within IT/Tech industry.
