Description
I created this dataset, which contains pictures of people doing workouts. Specifically, the name of each workout corresponds to the name of the folder listed. Moreover, the dataset includes a variety of exercises to ensure comprehensive coverage. Additionally, each image is carefully categorized to facilitate easy access and analysis
About Dataset
I created this dataset, which contains pictures of people doing workouts. The name of each existing workout corresponds to the name of the folder listed.
File format: JPEG image (.jpg)
Method of data collection: I used a combination of personal recordings and web scraping. Some of the data was collected by recording myself or my friends, while the rest was gathered through web scraping.
Data sources: I primarily sourced the data from YouTube and Google Images.
Image extraction method: I used VLC media player to extract video frames using the scene filter feature.
Image size: The images/frames extracted from the videos are 480×360, while those from other sources remain in their original sizes.
Original video location: You can find the original videos in the video dataset.
