Surgical scene analysis in robotic gastrectomy refers to the process of isolating the video feed or images captured during a robotic-assisted gastrectomy surgery into different segments or regions of interest. Robotic gastrectomy is a minimally invasive surgical procedure used to remove a part or the entire stomach, often as a treatment for conditions like gastric cancer.

About the Dataset:

 Many studies relied on basic fake with limited organ and tool representations. Compounding the issue, comprehensive file for public use were rarely available, Blocking progress in the field.

In response to these challenges, we’ve made a significant leap forward.

To construct this dataset, we began by meticulously curating real image data Quotation from 40 actual surgical videos of gastrectomy procedures conducted with the da Vinci Surgical System (dVSS).
