Eligibility for Return/Exchange: Clients may return or exchange products within 60 days of purchase, provided that the datasets remain unused and unaltered.

Initiating a Cancellation and Refund: For any return or exchange requests, please contact us at info@gts.ai with your order details and a clear explanation for the request. Subsequently, our team will guide you through the process.

Refund Processing Time: After your request is received and inspected, we aim to process refunds within 20 business days. Ultimately, refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

Custom Dataset Policy: Custom datasets, tailored specifically to individual client requirements, are generally non-refundable. Nevertheless, we are committed to addressing any concerns about dataset quality or accuracy. Therefore, please reach out to us within 30 days of receiving your custom dataset to discuss any issues.

Additional Considerations: We reserve the right to refuse Cancellation and Refund that do not meet our policy requirements. Moreover, all transactions are subject to the terms and conditions agreed upon at the time of purchase.
