Job Description
GTS is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic PPC Intern to join our marketing team. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in managing and optimizing Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising campaigns. As a PPC Intern, you will assist in the planning, execution, and analysis of online marketing strategies aimed at driving traffic and conversions for our data collection and annotation services.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Management: Assist in creating and managing PPC campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media advertising channels. Monitor daily performance metrics to understand campaign effectiveness. Conduct A/B testing on ad copy, bidding strategies, and landing pages to improve ROI.
- Keyword Research and Analysis: Perform keyword research to identify high-performing keywords and opportunities for campaign optimization. Use tools like Google Keyword Planner, SEMrush, and Ahrefs to gather data and insights. Analyze keyword performance and refine targeting strategies accordingly.
- Performance Analysis: Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and conversion rates. Utilize Google Analytics and other analytics tools to assess campaign success and provide actionable insights. Generate regular reports for the marketing team to inform strategic decisions.
- Ad Copy and Creative Development: Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling ad copy and engaging visuals. Ensure all ads align with GTS’s brand voice and messaging. Test different ad formats and creatives to determine the most effective approach.
- Budget Management: Assist in managing and allocating budgets across various campaigns and channels. Monitor spending to ensure campaigns stay within budget and adjust bids to optimize performance. Provide recommendations for budget adjustments based on performance data.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with the content, design, and product teams to ensure cohesive marketing strategies. Communicate campaign insights and updates to stakeholders regularly. Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving PPC strategies.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of PPC advertising and digital marketing principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with Google Ads, Bing Ads, and analytics tools is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
