Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing technical projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires a strong understanding of project management methodologies, technical acumen, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and oversee technical projects, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, data scientists, and stakeholders, to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate regular project meetings, providing clear updates on status, issues, and solutions.
• Ensure projects adhere to established standards and best practices, including quality assurance and data security protocols.
• Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure financial objectives are met.
• Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment, promoting continuous improvement and innovation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on technical projects.
• Proven experience managing projects in software development, data annotation, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.).
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project).
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or other relevant project management certification is a plus.
